CoinCasino
Deposit $10 or more for up to a 200% first-deposit bonus to a maximum of $30,000, plus up to 50 free spins — the full 50 need a deposit of at least $250, and no bonus code is required.
What can I play?
There are over 800 slots in the lobby and over 100 live games, all playable anonymously at the table. Minimum bets go as low as 10 cents, and maximums go up to several thousand for high rollers. Most slots and crash games can be tried free by hovering over them and selecting "Play for Fun" — winnings in demo mode can't be transferred to your real balance, and you have to be logged out to reach it.
There's no separate app to install. You can play instantly in your mobile browser, and if you want a shortcut you can add us to your home screen for app-like access.
Providers include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Novomatic, Playtech, BGaming, Yggdrasil, BetGames TV and CoinCasino Originals.

What do I get on my first deposit, and what unlocks it?
A first deposit of $10 or more unlocks up to 200%, to a maximum of $30,000, and up to 50 tiered free spins.
A first deposit of $10 or more unlocks a deposit bonus of up to 200%, to a maximum of $30,000, and up to 50 free spins. No bonus code is needed.
The two "up to" figures are ceilings rather than a guarantee, and the free spins are tiered: to unlock the full 50 free spins you'll need to deposit at least $250, and if you're depositing less you can still get the option to claim 20 free spins. Each spin's value tracks the deposit — with a $20 deposit each spin is worth $0.20, and with a $100 deposit the value rises to $1 apiece.
| Deposit | Spins available |
|---|---|
| From $10, below $250 | option to claim 20 free spins |
| $250 or more | full 50 free spins |
Documented spin-value examples: $20 deposit → $0.20 per spin; $100 deposit → $1.
One thing to check before you claim. Our standard rule is that a bonus must be wagered 35 times before it becomes withdrawable cash, and that rule excludes the Welcome Offer, which has a different wagering requirement. So the 35x figure below is not the number that governs your welcome bonus — read the wagering requirement attached to the Welcome Offer itself before you deposit against it.
Our offers are valid only once per customer, computer, IP address and household.
How does wagering work on a bonus?
The standard requirement is 35 times the bonus amount; the Welcome Offer is excluded and has a different wagering requirement.
The bonus amount must be wagered a total of 35 times before it becomes withdrawable cash. This excludes the Welcome Offer, which has a different wagering requirement.
The rules that sit alongside it:
- Cap on what you can take out
- The maximum bonus amount that can be converted to cash and withdrawn is equal to 10 times the bonus amount.
- Maximum bet
- There is a maximum bet amount per round using bonus funds equal to $/€20.
- Order of spending
- Once you've qualified for a bonus, your funds are used in this order: cash first, then bonus funds.
- Where bonus money can't go
- Bonus money cannot be used on Live Casino or Table Games, and Feature Buys are not allowed using bonus funds.
- Open bets
- You are not allowed to use your bonus funds while you have open casino or sports bets.
- Small balances
- Whenever the bonus amount falls below €0.10, the bonus is automatically closed and forfeited.
- Cashing out early
- Whenever a player requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met, all bonuses are forfeited.
Game contribution isn't equal. Under our bonus terms: slots 100%, live game shows 50%, all other games 20%, all dice and arcade games 0%, crash games 0%. Our VIP page lists the same table with two differences — roulette at 5% and live games at 15% — so if roulette or a live table is where you plan to clear a bonus, ask support in chat which rate applies to your bonus before you start. There is also a separate Excluded Games section listing games and providers that do not contribute to wagering at all, several hundred entries including Red Tiger, Spribe, Mascot Gaming, CoinCasino Originals and every Plinko game; it's long and it changes, so check it against the game you intend to play.
We reserve the right to void any bonus funds and winnings if you've breached the Bonus Terms and Conditions or the General Terms and Conditions, and if a player is abusing any promotion or applying fraud methods. We also reserve the right to modify, update or cancel any promotion at any given time, without prior notification. Our current bonus terms are version 1.0, last updated on 18.08.2025.
What counts as bonus abuse?
Any betting pattern whose sole purpose is circumventing bonus terms — and consequences can reach real-money balances, not only the bonus.
A fraudulent game pattern is any pattern of bets that is unfair and whose sole purpose is to circumvent the terms we set and give you an unfair edge against the house. That definition is deliberately about intent, and the examples that follow it are "includes, but is not limited to":
- placing low risk bets that cover more than 50% of the possible outcomes of a game round — black and red on roulette, 19 or more straight up numbers, a player and banker bet on baccarat;
- delaying game rounds, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements;
- leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed;
- playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, losing the bonus funds, then cashing out on the built-up value during real-money play;
- using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
Where we find abusive promotional behaviour across our network — bonus hunting, collusion, fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or any pattern of play inconsistent with fair use of promotional offers — we also reserve the right to withhold any other funds in the account, including real-money balances or pending withdrawals, to the extent necessary to cover actual or anticipated losses or liabilities arising from the abusive conduct. That's the part worth reading twice: it reaches your own money, not only the bonus.
How does CoinJackpot work?
Opt in first; each qualifying spin needs a €0.20 base wager and takes a €0.10 side bet from cash funds only.
Participation in the Jackpot is optional and requires you to actively opt in, via the lobby or in-game, before placing a qualifying wager. Your opt-in state is persistent until you specifically opt out. It's open to registered players with a verified account, subject to jurisdictional restrictions.
A minimum base wager of €0.20 per spin, or currency equivalent, is required to qualify. When you're opted in, a fixed Jackpot side bet of €0.10 is deducted for each qualifying wager. Only cash funds can be used for jackpot participation; bonus funds are not accepted. If your available cash balance can't cover both the €0.20 base wager and the €0.10 contribution, the spin doesn't qualify and no contribution is taken.
Starting values

Seeds, not current pots.
Two payout conditions to know. If a game round malfunctions or is voided, the base wager may be cancelled or refunded under standard rollback procedures, but the €0.10 jackpot contribution remains valid and non-refundable, because it's processed independently of the base game. And if you've used a less commonly traded or non-standard cryptocurrency and ask for the prize in that same cryptocurrency, the payout may be subject to a period of up to thirty days from the date it becomes due; if we don't hold enough of that cryptocurrency at the end of those thirty days, the payout may instead be made in USDT. All payouts are subject to verification and any applicable legal, regulatory, compliance and anti-fraud requirements.
What does the VIP programme give me?
Wager-based tiers from Bronze at $10K to Diamond above $25M, with cashback calculated from house edge on casino bets only.
Qualification for VIP Cashback tiers is based solely on total wagering volume with us. The ladder runs Bronze at $10K wagered, Silver at $50K, Gold at $100K, Platinum I–III from $250K to $2.5M, Sapphire I–III from $2.5M to $25M, and Diamond I–V above $25M. Bronze already carries weekly cashback plus monthly and weekly bonuses and an upgrade bonus; Silver adds bonus growth; Gold adds personalised bonuses and exclusive offers; Platinum adds a personal VIP host and custom instant bonuses; Sapphire adds offline events and perks; Diamond carries top-level cashback and the full set.
| Tier | Wagered | Adds |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $10K | weekly cashback, monthly and weekly bonuses, upgrade bonus |
| Silver | $50K | bonus growth |
| Gold | $100K | personalised bonuses, exclusive offers |
| Platinum I–III | $250K – $2.5M | personal VIP host, custom instant bonuses |
| Sapphire I–III | $2.5M – $25M | offline events and perks |
| Diamond I–V | above $25M | top-level cashback, the full set |
Your cashback is calculated from the house edge of the games you play, returned to you over time as real value, and it's calculated based off your casino bets only — sports bets don't feed it.
The conditions attached: we can change your VIP level at any time based on your play, the VIP team has full discretion over level changes, and you may lose access to your VIP manager without sufficient account activity, which will affect your personal bonuses. You will be told if your level changes. Personalised VIP bonuses are non-transferable and issued at the discretion of the VIP host. Bonuses, cashback and rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Program at any time.
Can I bring my VIP status from another casino?
Yes — first-time players can submit proof of a VIP tier held elsewhere and have it matched; general bonus terms apply.
Yes — submit proof of status by showing us your current VIP tier from another casino, and we'll match your level. VIP Match is only available to first-time players; current CoinCasino VIP members do not qualify. Our general bonus terms apply to it, which means the 35x wagering rule, the 10x conversion cap and the $/€20 maximum bet per round are all in play.
How do I fund my account?
Funding register
On funding: we support BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ETH, USDTE, USDTT, TRX, XRP, ADA, BNB and USDC. Minimum deposits are 0.001 ETH, 0.0001 BTC, 5.00 USDT, 5.00 USDC and 0.01 SOL. Only ETH deposits are supported via WalletConnect. All deposits should be made from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name; deposits in another currency are converted at the daily rate from oanda.com or our bank's or payment processor's prevailing rate, and some payment systems apply their own currency exchange fees, deducted from your deposit. Fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals and are published on the site; in most cases we absorb transaction fees for deposits, and your own bank's charges are yours. Funds are held in Fireblocks multi-auth vaults, alongside our proof of reserves.
Supported currencies, as listed

Documented minimum deposits
- 0.001 ETH
- 0.0001 BTC
- 5.00 USDT
- 5.00 USDC
- 0.01 SOL
SOL appears in the published minimum-deposit figures but not in the currency list above; the two publications don't fully align, and neither list is necessarily exhaustive.
Two things we don't do: we don't give credit for the use of the service, and you may not transfer funds between player accounts in any manner. You're allowed one account, and accounts are subject to immediate closure if we find you hold several — that includes accounts held through representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties or third parties acting on your behalf. You also may not use a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates your real location.
If you charge back a deposit, we may impose an administration fee of €50 per charge-back, denial or reversal, and any winnings from wagers using those charged-back funds will be forfeited.
How fast do withdrawals go out, and what do they cost?
Withdrawals are usually processed straight away and are credited once your transaction is confirmed sufficiently on the blockchain.
In rare cases a request needs to be reviewed by our team before processing, and then it can take up to 24 hours.
- Minimum
- €10 per transaction, or the equivalent in your currency, with one exception: if you're closing your account, you may withdraw the full balance. You may see a $5 figure elsewhere on our site — plan against €10.
- Fees
- There are no withdrawal commissions if you roll over (wager) the deposit at least once. Otherwise we are entitled to deduct an 8% fee, with a minimum of €4 or the equivalent in your account currency, to combat money laundering. Our help centre also states that we charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals beyond provider or mining fees — so if you're withdrawing a deposit you haven't wagered, ask support in chat which figure will be applied before you send the request.
- Limits
- The default maximum you can withdraw in crypto is 150,000 EUR in one calendar month, or the equivalent in your selected currency. Players classified as VIP at the time of a withdrawal request may be eligible for a higher maximum, subject to individual assessment and approval; VIP status is set at our sole discretion and may be amended at any time, and if your status changes the applicable limits may change with it. Where withdrawal requests are considerable, a flexible payment schedule can be applied. Fiat limits are separate: a maximum of €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, with larger amounts allowed only at absolute discretion, case by case.
- Method
- All withdrawals must be made to the original card, bank account or payment method used to fund your account. We may allow a withdrawal to a method your original deposit did not come from, always at our own discretion, and that will always be subject to additional security checks. WalletConnect is a deposit route only — withdrawals are currently not supported via WalletConnect.
Two more conditions worth knowing before you play. If you breach the restricted use policy in clauses 3.3 and 4 of our terms, we cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds. And any funds deposited by someone located in a restricted territory, whether permanently or temporarily, will be considered forfeit and will not be returned.
If your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed and you want your balance out, contact our customer service department.
What do you need from me before you pay out?
Steps one and two are required before any withdrawal; step three adds source-of-wealth checks when its thresholds are reached.
Before granting any withdrawal we may request photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie, or a verification call. We also reserve the right to run identity verification at any point in your relationship with us.
Our AML policy runs verification in three steps:
- Step one must be done by every user before withdrawing: first name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, gender and full address.
- Step two applies to anyone who deposits over 2,000 EUR or withdraws any amount. Until step two is done, the withdrawal, tip or deposit is held.
- Step three applies above $5,000 deposited, above $5,000 withdrawn, or over $3,000 sent to another user, and asks for a source of wealth. Until it's done, the withdrawal, tip or deposit is held.
Thresholds are lower for players from medium risk regions: step two after $1,000 deposited or withdrawn, or $500 tipped; step three after $2,500 deposited or withdrawn, or $1,000 tipped. Changing crypto into any other currency moves a player from a low risk region into medium risk treatment.
For identity we need front and back photos of a valid government-issued ID, driver's licence or passport, plus a selfie of you holding the document. For address, a bank statement or utility bill issued to you in the past 90 days works — our AML policy words the same requirement as a recent utility bill issued within the last 3 months, or an official government document proving your state of residence.
Source of wealth checks start once deposits pass five thousand — our AML policy states that figure in dollars in one place and in euro in another, so treat five thousand in either currency as the trigger. The account will be frozen if the same user deposits that amount in one go or across multiple transactions adding up to it.
What happens if I stop playing for a while?
After 180 days without a bet the account becomes Dormant and a 10% monthly maintenance fee may apply, with 30 days' notice.
If your account has no bet activity for a continuous period of 180 days, it's classified as Dormant. A maintenance fee of 10% of the remaining balance per month may then be deducted to cover the administrative costs of maintaining the account, and that deduction continues until the balance falls to €10 or less, at which point the remaining funds may be forfeited.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance, at the email address registered to your account, before any deductions begin. You can reactivate at any time by logging in and placing a bet, and once reactivated no further deductions will be made. You may also request a withdrawal of any remaining funds on a dormant account at any time, subject to verification procedures.
Accounts blocked because KYC or source-of-funds verification is incomplete, and that stay unverified for 180 continuous days despite our requests for documents, may also be classified as Dormant — same fee, same 30-day notice. If verification is what's holding your account, finishing it costs nothing; leaving it costs 10% a month.
How do I self-exclude, and can I take it back?
Email support from your registered address asking to SELF-EXCLUDE; it takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be undone for the chosen period.
Send a message to our customer support department from your registered email address saying that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. The request takes effect within 24 hours from the moment of its receipt. Your account is then disabled until your further notice, and you won't be able to log in to it.
Specify a time span between 6 months and 5 years in that message. Self-exclusion means you voluntarily exclude yourself from all gambling services, and this exclusion cannot be undone for the set period of time — it is permanent for the selected period and will not be reversed, for your protection.
During self-exclusion you are not allowed to create a new account. Any attempt to do so is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban of your original account. We will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion requests; you remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance, and we are not liable for losses or damages resulting from your circumvention of self-exclusion measures.
Alongside that, our responsible gambling page asks you to set yourself a deposit limit before you start — decide what you can afford, and play with amounts intended for fun and entertainment — and to set yourself a time limit and not break it. Wagering limits, including deposit, loss and betting limits, are calculated in EUR-equivalent values whatever currency you use. Minimum and maximum wager amounts are set by us and are subject to change without prior written notice, and we may adjust limits on individual accounts. For anything about a limit on your specific account, our support team will help you by email at any time, at no additional cost to you.
If you want to close the account rather than exclude yourself, email us from your registered address and we'll take it from there.

Something's gone wrong — who do I talk to?
Live Chat is available 24/7, email gives a written record, and complaints go to a separate address; wager disputes have three days.
Complaints
[email protected]Our customer service team is available 24/7 via Live Chat, and by email for anything that needs a written record. Complaints go to a separate address from general support, so they're handled as complaints rather than queries.
A dispute about a wager must be lodged within three days from the date that wager was decided — no claims will be honoured after that period. We'll use reasonable endeavours to respond within a few days, and in any event we intend to respond to queries of this nature within 28 days of receipt. If every effort to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction has failed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body, Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Two limits on that. If we are held liable under our terms, our total aggregate liability will not exceed either the value of the bets you placed in respect of the relevant wager or product, or EUR €500 in aggregate — whichever is lower. And we may close or suspend an account where we reasonably believe our terms aren't being complied with, or to protect the integrity or fairness of the service; we may not always be able to give prior notice, and in that case we may cancel or void bets and withhold money in the account, including the deposit.
Our general terms were last updated on 22.01.2026, and amendments are binding and effective immediately upon publication — though any bets not settled before changed terms take effect stay under the previous ones. The English version of our Bonus Terms and Conditions has full legal effect; translations exist to ease understanding, and where versions differ the English one prevails.
Play with money meant for entertainment. If gambling stops being that, self-exclusion is one email away, and gamblingtherapy.org offers a self-test and information independently of us.
Operator and eligibility

We're CoinCasino, a crypto casino and sportsbook licensed in Anjouan. If a dispute can't be resolved with us, you can lodge a complaint with our licensing body, Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Who can play
You need to be 18 or over, or older if the law that applies to you sets a higher age; we may ask for proof of age at any time. One account per player.
Restricted countries
We can't take players from our restricted territories — among them the United States and US territories, the United Kingdom, Malta, Bulgaria and Lithuania. Money deposited by someone located in a restricted territory is forfeited and won't be returned, and VPNs or proxies that hide your location aren't allowed.
