Who can play

You must be 18 or over, or older if the law that applies to you sets a higher age. We can run age checks and ask for proof of age at any time. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of our terms.

You may have one account. We close multiple accounts, including accounts held through representatives, relatives or associates. VPNs, proxies and similar tools that hide your real location are not allowed.

We don't offer credit for gambling. Transfers between player accounts are not allowed, and you can't sell or transfer your account.

Restricted territories

We can't take players from our restricted territories, among them the United States and US territories, the United Kingdom, Malta, Bulgaria and Lithuania.

Funds deposited by anyone located in a restricted territory, permanently or temporarily, are forfeited and won't be returned.

Deposits and withdrawals

Make deposits only from accounts, cards or payment systems in your own name. Our minimum withdrawal is €10 or the equivalent per transaction. If you close your account, you can withdraw the full balance.

Withdrawals go back to the method used for your deposit. We may allow a different method only at our discretion and with extra checks.

Before paying out, we may request photo ID, proof of address, a selfie and a verification call. Our Privacy Policy explains the verification information and records we keep.

A €50 or equivalent administration fee may apply to each chargeback, reversal or denied payment. Winnings from bets placed with charged-back funds are void.

Bonuses

Bonuses other than the Welcome Offer require wagering of 35x the bonus amount. The Welcome Offer has a different wagering requirement. The maximum bet with bonus funds is $/€20 per round, and the maximum conversion is 10x the bonus amount.

Cash is used before bonus funds. You can't use bonus money in Live Casino or table games, and Feature Buy with bonus funds isn't allowed. You also can't use bonus funds while you have open casino or sports bets.

A withdrawal request before wagering is complete cancels all bonuses. Offers are valid once per customer, computer, IP address and household.

Betting limits

We set minimum and maximum bets and can change them without prior written notice. We can refuse, limit or cancel any bet at any time.

Dormant accounts

Your account becomes dormant after 180 consecutive days without a bet. We may then charge 10% of the balance per month until the balance reaches €10 or less. We notify you by email at least 30 days before charging starts.

Log in and place a bet to reactivate your account. You can request a withdrawal of a dormant balance at any time, subject to verification.

Account closure and suspension

To close your account, email our support team from your registered email address. For self-exclusion, follow the instructions on our Responsible Gambling page.

We may close or suspend an account without prior notice where our terms aren't complied with. Bets may then be voided and money in the account withheld.

Disputes and liability

You must lodge a wager dispute within three days of settlement. We aim to reply within a few days and in any event within 28 days. If we can't resolve the dispute, you can complain to our licensing body, Gaming Services Provider N.V.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant bets or €500, whichever is lower.

Changes to these terms take effect immediately on publication. Bets not settled before a change remain under the previous terms. Where language versions differ, the English version prevails.
