How to request it
Email our support team from your registered email address with the word SELF-EXCLUDE. Choose a period from 6 months to 5 years in your message.
Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of receipt. It can't be reversed during your chosen period.
Creating a new account during self-exclusion is a breach of our terms and can lead to a permanent ban of your original account. We use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, and keeping to it is also your responsibility.
Under 18s
Our service is for players aged 18 or over only. If we suspect a player is under age, we block the account and withhold winnings.
